Frequently Asked Questions Q : Would my credit card be charged at the time of booking? A: No, we do not charge your credit card at the time of booking. You are welcome to pay however you like upon check-in. Q: Then why do you ask for my credit card information? A: We ask for your credit card information in case you do not cancel your reservation and/or don’t show up. Please see our Cancellation Policy for more details Q: What is your cancellation policy? A: Reservations must be canceled by 3 P. M. at least 48 hours prior to your arrival to not occur any charges. Please see our Cancellation Policy for more details Q: Do you have rooms with king sized beds? A: We are sorry but we do not have any rooms with king size beds at this time. All of our rooms have queen size beds. Q: Do you provide breakfast? A: We do not provide breakfast at our hotel. However, we are located right next door to a restaurant that serves full breakfast and many other restaurants within easy walking distance that provide many breakfast choices. Q: Do all of your rooms have private bathrooms? A: Yes, all of our rooms have private bathrooms equipped with either walk-in showers (Rooms 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9) or bathtub/shower combo (rooms 1 & 8). Q: Are you located on the beach? A: No, we are located in the heart of the village of Yachats, on the east side of HWY 101, between 6th and 7th street. We are a 2 minute walk to the shore (down 7th street) right across from The Commons and within walking distance to all the great restaurants, shops, and bars Yachats has to offer.
