Cancellation Policy: All hotel room reservations have a 48-hour cancellation policy unless otherwise noted. Any changes to your reservation must be made 48 hours prior to your arrival to avoid charge. (3 PM two days prior to arrival. For example: A reservation for Friday night must be canceled before 3 PM on Wednesday.) Any room night not canceled 48 hours in advance will be charged at the booked rate.  

We are a quiet, family motel. We have a Quiet Policy from 10pm to 8am. All visitors must leave by 10pm. • All rates may change without notice, and are subject to room tax • At least one registered guest must be 21 or older. Guests will be required to present a valid credit card upon check-in along with a valid form of identification. The hotel reserves all rights to refuse service to any guests of the hotel who do not follow or comply with hotel policies. • Cooking appliances not provided by the management are prohibited. • We accept dogs only for an additional charge. • Please review our Pet Policy • Roll-away bed is available for a $10  fee. • All of our rooms are non-smoking. There will be a minimum of a $250 cleaning charge for smoking in a room
